Add your logo to Google Workspace

If you lot have the Essentials edition, to get this characteristic, upgrade to Enterprise.

As an ambassador, y'all tin can add your organization's logo to some of your Google Workspace service pages, such equally Gmail, Agenda, and Drive. The logo appears at the peak of each user's window for all domains added to your business relationship.

Logo image requirements

  • PNG or GIF format only
    Note: GIF images are non animated
  • The maximum file size is 30 KB
  • The logo on your services pages is displayed at exactly 320 x 132 pixels; therefore, the recommended prototype size that y'all upload is exactly 320 x 132 pixels.
  • If you upload a smaller or larger prototype, the image is resized to exactly 320 ten 132 pixels. If the attribute ratio does not match, then the image will be distorted. For case, a 132 x 132 pixel paradigm expands to 320 ten 132 pixels, causing baloney.

Upload your logo

Annotation: If y'all have multiple domains in your Google Workspace account, yous tin't add together a different logo for secondary domains.

  2. From the Admin console Home page, go to Account settings and then Personalization.

  3. To open the Personalization panel, click the Downward arrow"".
  4. Click Select file to uploadand select the logo image on your computer. Y'all'll see a preview your logo.
    Note: Logo must be PNG or GIF format and accept a maximum file size of thirty KB.
  5. (Optional) To include the logo in all sites you create with classic Google Sites, checkShow this logo on all user created archetype Sites.
  6. Click Save.

Logo policies

When you create your logo, we encourage you to exist artistic. However, to stay inside our Terms of Service, go on the following points in listen:

  • You can utilise the term "Powered by Google" anywhere on your page and in your logo.
  • Except for "Powered by Google," your logo can't contain the words "Google", "Gmail", or any of Google's other trademarked terms.

  • Illegal or copyrighted images are prohibited.
